Christmas 2025 – Update

Hi all,

Unfortunately, this years Christmas 2025 event has been cancelled.

Over the last month, we have been working hard behind the scenes to try and ensure that we can continue to host this annual event, but unfortunately due to unwelcome health issues and the associated logistics of finding capable alternative hosts etc, this just isn’t possible. Up until the last couple of days, we’ve been working on the timeline and event planning, trying to ensure we can go ahead. It’s with deep regret that, for the first time in five years, we’ve had to cancel this Christmas gathering.

All Adventurers that purchased a ticket, either by Deposit or Full Payment will receive a full refund. An email will be sent out over the next week detailing this and more information. If you held a prize ticket (those won at last years event), you will be offered a ticket to next years event free of charge. As an apology, we’ll also be offering a 10% discount on next years event, for anyone booked in to this years festivities. The full information on that can be found by clicking here.
