Overview
All event tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Should you be unable to attend the event, you have the following options:
- Sell on your ticket, for no more than face value. This can only be done between you and other members – Solo Adventures will not take part in this process.
- Give your ticket away.
In both the above situations, you must inform us of this change via the form on the Contact Us page.
Refunds
Should we cancel an event (or postpone), full refunds will be issued to the payment method selected and used at checkout. More information will be provided in the specific event correspondence.
Current Cancelled Events
- Christmas 2025 – Cancelled 27/10/25 due to health concerns with the host. All Adventurers will be refunded in full shortly. Check emails for further information and for a goodwill gesture as an apology.
